Install & remove software

Install additional applications — Use App Center to install additional applications and make Ubuntu more useful.
Remove an application — Remove applications that you no longer use.

Create a startup disk — Convert a USB flash drive into a volume from which you can startup and install Ubuntu.
Install languages — Install more translations and related language support packages.

You can choose the displayed language by adding a language suffix to the web address so it ends with e.g. .html.en or .html.de.
